Delta Recon Security Agency offers both armed and unarmed security guards. These professionals are fully trained and after meeting the stringent requirements, they are registered (licensed) with the Private Security and Investigative Services Act of Ontario and the RCMP. They have been background checked and knowledge tested. Our armed security guards have received many hours of classroom training and have been range qualified. They are certified in the use of batons and pepper spray. They receive continuing education and license renewals every one and two years. One year renewal for ATC (Authorization to carry firearm) and two years renewal for security license.
Our security guards are outfitted with very professional looking uniforms. Our armed security guards carry a full duty belt with sidearm, baton, pepper spray and handcuffs. Some of our marked patrol cars are equipped with lights, sirens and electronics including dashcams. We are definitely not mall cops!
